Please check with your insurance company to make sure that you keep the coverage. Before starting management services, we need to see proof of your insurance. Your insurance won't cover your renters' personal belongings. That's why all our renters need to have adequate renters’ insurance. This greatly helps to solve emergency issues.

No you are able to customize a lot of your preferences such as maintenance approvals, rental rates etc. so that you feel comfortable with the relationship you are embarking on.
Yes you are paid once per month by direct deposit into your bank account and receive a monthly statement which shows the details of the payment made to you.
Yes you keep your current insurance and then we require that the tenant has an active renters insurance policy to move into the property and that it stays active for the full term of their lease.
